Step 01STEP

Present a valid ID to the guard-on-duty and sign the Visitors’ Logbook. The customer will be issued a Visitor’s ID.

Step 02STEP

Proceed to the Receiving and Releasing Unit (RRU) of the National Metrology Laboratory (NML) for assistance. Present to RRU staff the Visitor’s ID.

Step 03STEP

Submit a request letter addressed to

AURORA V. KIMURA Chief, National Metrology Laboratory Industrial Technology Development Institute Department of Science and Technology DOST Cmpd., Gen. Santos Ave., Bicutan, Taguig City 1631

Step 04STEP

Fill-out completely the request for certified true copy of report form. Submit the accomplished form to the RRU staff for validation. Note: Processing time is 3 working days after full payment.

step 05STEP

The RRU Staff returns to the customer the accomplished form with the TSR No. The customer will be issued “Cashier Only” ID.

Step 06STEP

Proceed to Cashier and present the “Cashier Only” ID for full payment of fees.

Step 07STEP

Return to RRU and submit to RRU staff the original copies of the Request form.

Step 08STEP

Return the “Cashier Only” ID to RRU staff who in turn will issue the customer another ID, “OK for Release of ID”, which the customer will present to the guard-on-duty upon exit.

Step 09STEP

Present to the guard-on-duty the ID issued by RRU, “OK for Release of ID” together with the Visitor’s ID and claim from the guard-on-duty your valid ID.

Step 10STEP

Return to NML on the agreed due date to claim report. Please be advised that NML Official Transaction hours is from 8:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:00PM to 4:00PM (Mondays to Fridays).
