About On site Calibrations
Can you offer site calibration of glassware as transporting these breakable instruments is a hazard?
Glassware calibration is performed in environmentally controlled conditions at our laboratory. On-site calibration of glassware will mean transporting the analytical balance that is also not practical as it will require recalibration after transport. Proper packaging of the glassware to avoid breakage is strongly recommended.
Does NML conduct on-site calibration of test weights?
No.All test weights are calibrated at the laboratories of the Mass Standards Section where the required environmental conditions are maintained.
Does NML conduct on-site calibration during weekends?
No. Calibrations done outside of the NML are only scheduled on weekdays.
